II. No Refunds
As a general rule, refunds are not available once a booking has been confirmed and payment has been completed.
This applies to, but is not limited to, the following situations:
Voluntary cancellation of the booking by the customer;
Changes to travel itineraries;
Duplicate orders or accidental payments.
No refunds will be issued in the above circumstances.
III. No Returns or Exchanges
As this website sells accommodation booking services rather than physical goods, services such as product returns, exchanges, or room swaps are not available.
All bookings are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash; they cannot be converted into other services or future bookings.
IV. Special Circumstances
In the event that the confirmed accommodation service cannot be provided due to:
System errors resulting in duplicate bookings;
Our inability to fulfill a confirmed order;
PEZULA PROPERTY LIMITED will arrange alternative accommodation based on the specific circumstances or otherwise address the unfulfilled order appropriately.
V. Force Majeure
If services are affected by natural disasters, war, government restrictions, public health events, power outages, network failures, or other force majeure factors, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in handling the situation but shall not be liable for any indirect losses or compensation.
