The front desk provides three hand-drawn hiking maps (covering a short pastoral route, a moderate moorland trail, and a challenging National Park traverse). Staff lead a complimentary “Dusk Stroll” daily at 16:00 (approx. 45 minutes), sharing local lore, botanical trivia, and literary anecdotes (such as the footsteps of the Brontë sisters). Hiking poles, portable raincoats, and waterproof phone pouches are available for complimentary loan.
